Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA
We offer free domestic standard shipping to Australia on orders over $100AUD. Free shipping will be automatically applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before GST and after discounts are applied. Standard Australia shipping for all other orders will be listed at checkout and typically arrives 5-7 days after the order has been processed and marked as "shipped". All other prices and shipping times are shown based on customer preferences during checkout. 

LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item  has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we begin an investigation with Australia Post to attempt to track down your package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your packaged will be delivered to an area and feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us at support@tripleonedesigns.com.au before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply. 

DAMAGES
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@tripleonedesigns.com.au. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged goods are required.
